McKinney National Airport Executive/FBO Terminal and Hangar—McKinney, TX

McKinney National Airport, formerly known as Collin County Regional Airport at McKinney, is a public-use airport located in McKinney, Texas, approximately 30 miles north of downtown Dallas. This new state-of-the-art FBO terminal will help the airport compete with other world-class facilities that are vying for the lucrative dollars generated by the many corporate fleets that operate into Collin County and the larger Dallas metroplex.

The 17,000-SF, two-story terminal will include two conference rooms, flight planning and training rooms, a pilot lounge, media room and a refreshment center. A porte-cochere entry will have curbside baggage service. A public parking lot will include 146 spaces and covered parking will be available for lease. There will also be an outdoor lounge. Build-to-suit office space will also be available. The 39,900-SF transient aircraft hangar will have 28’ high doors, eight vehicle garages and office space with individual restrooms.
