Stryker Communications expanded operations for more than 400 employees in Flower Mound, Texas, to assemble operating room equipment used in surgical centers, as well as its research and development and sales and marketing operations. The new facility will be more than 200,000 SF, including 80,000 SF of office space and 100,000 SF of warehouse space.

Moye Consulting designed the voice/data, MATV, access control, and video surveillance systems, and then coordinated comm room electrical loads, diversity, distribution, receptacles, and HVAC with other disciplines.

Moye Consulting designed all technology and security needs associated with third party tenants, as well. In addition, the shell package was revised to add exterior wall perimeter doors, associated access control, and video surveillance was strategically placed in locations for full perimeter coverage.
