Gene brings more than 20 years of technical and leadership experience in data centers and mission-critical infrastructures. His design experience includes business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing and sites.
Gene has extensive experience in budgeting, design, bid specification development, procurement, scheduling and implementation of systems integration. He has designed and managed construction of technology infrastructure systems for over 10,000,000 square feet of data centers, computer rooms, network operation centers, call centers, laboratories, trading floors, auditoriums and office space. This experience includes site selection, planning and detailed design for facilities, systems diversity, redundancy and reliability, controls and monitoring.
Gene develops all BIM-based design projects and oversees all design production in Revit and AutoCAD. He has been instrumental in transitioning the firm’s AutoCAD design packages to Revit and is responsible for the training of BIM and CAD staff and for oversight of technical documents at the firm. Gene is a master at multi-tasking. His ability to successfully complete concurrent project assignments is a skill valued by the firm.
