Dallas City Performance Hall—Dallas, TX

Located at the intersection of Routh and Flora streets, the Dallas City Performance Hall, the third venue in the AT&T Performing Arts Center, opened in September 2012. It serves as a multi-disciplinary gateway to the Arts District. Dallas City Performance Hall was conceived as a venue for local performing arts organizations, presenting a broad range of cultural performances and events. The 60,000-SF theatre houses a 750-seat multi-purpose hall, two 200-seat flexible theaters, a cafe, book shop, art gallery, social hall, two classrooms, and two rehearsal halls. A series of courtyards provide special event areas for visitors and performers. The Center was awarded LEED Silver certification.

Moye Consulting designed the technology systems that support management and security components of the Hall, including the structured cabling, video surveillance, and access control. Moye Consulting also provided construction support services for this performing arts facility in Dallas’ burgeoning Arts District.
