Bell Helicopter Training Facility—Fort Worth, TX

Moye Consulting worked with Jacobs Engineering Group to provide design services for Bell Helicopter’s new training facility. Training has been an integral part of Bell Helicopter’s customer support and services program for more than 65 years. Bell uses the latest innovations in training technology alongside dedicated airspace training facilities.

The 90,000-SF facility included the construction of a new facility and the renovation of two existing buildings. Design and documents were prepared for multiple packages. The training facility included classrooms, static and full-motion simulators, observation rooms and a new maintenance hangar. The project was designed and constructed in phases to allow coordination with demolition of existing facilities during the renovation of selected portions. Audio/Visual systems were designed for training rooms and distance learning facilities.
