Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Administration Building—Austin, TX

The new administration building will be five stories with 75,000-SF. The building will provide office space for a variety of administrative functions which will be relocated from the passenger terminal. These include Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Public Information Office, Support Services, Security/Badging, and the Airport’s Executive Team. The space program for the administration building will allow for the anticipated growth of department of aviation staff through the next 20 years. The project is anticipated to be LEED Silver. This project is being completed adjacent the new parking garage.
