Moye Consulting provided services to JPI for the development of a high-end student-housing complex. The project consists of three buildings, each with five-stories, 364 apartments and 1,050 beds. There are eight different unit types, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with each unit having a shared living area and kitchen. Each bedroom has horizontal cabling for LAN, voice and CATV. Each common area has horizontal cabling for voice and CATV. The clubhouse, pool, computer lab and support spaces also required horizontal cabling and wireless LAN coverage.
