26 West Housing—Austin, TX

Moye Consulting provided services to JPI for the development of a high-end student-housing complex. The project consists of three buildings, each with five-stories, 364 apartments and 1,050 beds. There are eight different unit types, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with each unit having a shared living area and kitchen. Each bedroom has horizontal cabling for LAN, voice and CATV. Each common area has horizontal cabling for voice and CATV. The clubhouse, pool, computer lab and support spaces also required horizontal cabling and wireless LAN coverage.

“Moye staff carefully coordinated with other design disciplines to assure space, pathway and equipment power requirements were consistently met, and that our corporate design criteria were enforced. Aaron and his staff do a great job working with JPI’s Technology leader(s), and the entire team works hard to assure customer satisfaction.”
